Sales Executive – College Partnerships

About the role

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to take Abekus' Faulty Product directly to colleges and universities across India. This is a full-time, on-site role built around face-to-face selling: you'll reach out to institutions, run live demonstrations, and close deals that help them modernise how they work. You'll own your pipeline from first contact through to closure.

What you'll do

• Identify and reach out to colleges and universities across India to build a qualified pipeline
• Schedule and deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to each institution's needs
• Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery through negotiation to closure
• Build and maintain strong relationship management with principals, department heads, and administrative stakeholders
• Track leads, activities, and forecasts accurately in our CRM tools and report progress to leadership
• Travel to college visits across regions; fuel and travel costs will be reimbursed

What we're looking for

• Prior B2B or institutional sales experience is mandatory, with 1–3 years of experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable pitching to senior stakeholders
• Proven ability in lead generation and business development
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with the discipline to manage your own outreach
• Willingness to work on-site and travel extensively for college visits

Nice to have

• Prior experience selling to colleges, universities, or other education-sector clients
• Existing relationships or network within the education ecosystem
• Familiarity with sales analytics and CRM reporting
