Executive NE Sales

Overview

Executive – NE Sales supports the sales organization to drive new equipment business in the assigned territory.

What you'll do

• Generate leads and qualified inquiries and opportunities.
• Support tendering, proposal preparation, and negotiation activities.
• Provide design solutions aligned to customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents using an internal ERP tool.
• Visit job sites and present elevator solutions to builders, architects, and property owners.
• Coordinate order placement and post-order management with internal teams and factory/SCM.
• Support invoice/PI and collections/receivable management and resolve customer complaints.

What you'll need

• 3 to 6 years of sales experience.
• Experience in sales within the elevator, escalator, or construction industry (also stated as 2 to 7+ years in qualifications section).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related fields.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to understand financial management (invoice/PI, collections).
• 2-wheeler is often mandatory for field work.
