Overview

Entry-level recruiter role responsible for overall hiring for one healthcare (HC) vertical at Sagility, with a focus on improving hiring program effectiveness.

What you'll do

• Execute short-term plans to enhance the effectiveness of hiring programs.
• Get involved in the partnership between the organization and TA partners.
• Participate in diversified recruitment programs including job fairs, campus hiring, and skill development programs.
• Use a systematic approach to identify improvement opportunities, perform root-cause analysis, recommend solutions, and implement process improvements in line with client/company goals.
• Hire the best talent from the market.

What you'll need

• Graduates.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Excellent in MS Office.
