Experience Architect

Overview

Experience Architect helping Salesforce customers translate business and end-user needs into intuitive, transformational experiences. The role combines experience strategy, user-centered design, consulting, and leadership of interdisciplinary teams.

What you'll do

• Define UX concepts through business analysis and end-user research.
• Facilitate client workshops, audits, and stakeholder interviews.
• Create personas, journey maps, user flows, information architecture, prototypes, and wireframes.
• Communicate research findings, concepts, designs, and rationale.
• Lead or contribute to interdisciplinary teams delivering customer solutions.
• Build relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with remote and international team members.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of experience in a design-related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline.
• Experience applying user-centered design with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and LucidSpark.
• Portuguese, Spanish, and English language skills.
• Knowledge or experience using Salesforce products.
• Ability to design for business, user, commercial, and technology constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or other enterprise software.
• Experience across B2B and B2C industries.
• Experience overseeing business metrics, productivity, and outcomes.
• Experience navigating conflict and fostering healthy dialogue.

Details

• Remote role in Brazil.
• Travel may be approximately 25%, depending on the customer.
