Sr Recruiter – Fixed Term

Overview

Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and business functions as a fixed-term Recruiter. Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple requisitions and business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define talent needs and recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage candidates through Boolean search, social media, and professional networks.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market insights, recruiting data, and stakeholder recommendations.
• Manage competing priorities and urgent hiring needs while maintaining candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate ATS/CRM documentation and recruiting-policy compliance.

What you'll need

• Advanced degree with 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, or a bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-demand environments.
• Strong sourcing expertise.
• Experience with ATS/CRM platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and insights.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday.
• Fluency in Spanish.
