Recruiter

Overview

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across multiple regions and time zones. Build scalable recruiting processes, improve funnel performance, and support hiring teams through structured decision-making.

What you'll do

• Run intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, debriefs, offers, and closing.
• Build international pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, talent communities, and Boolean/X-ray search.
• Write inclusive outreach messages and job advertisements.
• Design structured interviews, assessments, rubrics, and debriefs.
• Maintain ATS data, interview kits, playbooks, and recruiting workflows.
• Track funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
• Coach interviewers and provide weekly pipeline updates.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• ATS experience, preferably with Ashby.
• Experience recruiting internationally across time zones.
• Experience creating or refining scalable recruiting workflows.
• High ownership and urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in loss prevention, operations, or field-oriented environments.
• Experience assessing technical and commercial talent.
• Experience implementing scorecards, interviewer enablement, structured debriefs, or ATS automations.
• Additional languages for global sourcing and candidate engagement.

• 100% remote; remote-first.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Independent Contractor engagement.
• Flexible schedule with core overlap to US Eastern Time.
• Salary: $10 USD per hour.
• Location: Brazil.
