Experienced SrCRA with oncology experience - Global Sponsor - Homebased in Romania

Overview

Senior Clinical Research Associate role supporting oncology clinical studies for a global sponsor, home-based in Romania.

What you'll do

• Perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, management, and close-out visits.
• Assess site performance, compliance, safety risks, and clinical data integrity.
• Review source documents, medical records, case report forms, and electronic data capture requirements.
• Manage queries, investigational product accountability, and Investigator Site File documentation.
• Document monitoring activities and track action items through resolution.
• Support recruitment, retention, investigator meetings, audits, and site training.
• Manage site-level communications, timelines, deliverables, and changing priorities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH Guidelines, and applicable regulations.
• Good computer skills and ability to adopt new technologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% regularly.
• Knowledge of local requirements for real-world late-phase studies.
