Overview
Expert Relationship Management Associate responsible for owning relationships with Third Bridge’s highest value experts and ensuring an excellent expert experience.
What you'll do
- Own relationships with the highest value experts and act as their key point person.
- Engage confidently with experts and internal stakeholders across industries and seniority levels.
- Run in-depth feedback sessions and perform intelligence gathering to improve the expert experience.
- Suggest and drive innovative solutions for problems faced by experts.
- Manage an expert relationship portfolio with autonomy and ownership for relationship quality.
- Handle compliance situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Keep expert profiles updated with accurate and current information.
What you'll need
- 2-4 years of experience in client/relationship management or financial services research (preferred).
- Experience working with a high volume of clients or contacts simultaneously (preferable).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with senior industry executives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with awareness of client deadlines.
- Self-starter mindset with strong self-sufficiency and ownership over work quality.
- Comfort handling compliance-related matters with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
