- Validate vendor invoices against PO terms, contract rates, GRN/SES quantities and service evidence (3-way match), and resolve price/quantity mismatches and blocked invoices.
- Verify statutory invoice requirements, including GST compliance, TDS applicability and e-invoicing details, with Accounts Payable and Tax teams.
- Maintain a P2P tracker with status, ageing and bottlenecks, and follow up with Procurement, AP and vendors to ensure on-time payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements and support vendor ledger clean-up and resolution of disputes.
- Ensure adherence to Micron procurement, finance and audit policies, and support internal and external audits with complete documentation.
- Standardize OPEX processes, templates and reporting, and drive automation of trackers and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Excel/VBA, SAP reports).
- Partner with Procurement on contract scope, rate validation, escalation clauses and renewals to ensure commercial accuracy.
- Use approved AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, enterprise GenAI assistants) to speed up budget preparation, variance commentary, contract summaries and management reports, checking all outputs for accuracy.
- Use AI and advanced analytics for OPEX forecasting and spend trend analysis, such as predicting utility, maintenance and contract costs from historical consumption and operating data.
- Apply AI and automation to P2P processes, including invoice data extraction, automated 3-way match exception flagging, duplicate or anomalous invoice detection, and accrual estimation support.
- Identify repetitive OPEX and SAP tasks suitable for automation (AI agents, RPA, Power Automate, Power BI) and work with Finance, IT and digital teams to build and scale these solutions.
- Keep financial data clean, structured and well governed for reliable use by AI and analytics tools.
- Follow Micron's Responsible AI, data privacy, information security and confidentiality policies, and never put confidential vendor, pricing or financial data into unapproved tools.
- Share AI use cases and good practices with the Construction & Facilities team and support colleagues in adopting AI-enabled ways of working.
