Facility Executive- Soft Services

Overview

As a Facilities Executive in Account Management – Work Dynamics, you will oversee day-to-day property operations, administrative functions, security issues and facility services while supporting continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Oversee the property’s day-to-day operations.
• Ensure that administrative functions, security issues and facility services are covered.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes.
• Monitor property supplies and ensure adequate stocks and materials for smooth operations.
• Manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients.
• Participate in emergency evacuation procedures.
• Handle crisis management and business continuity plans.
• Monitor and participate in reviewing health and safety issues.
• Monitor the property’s budget.
• Maintain sufficient petty cash to support operations.
• Ensure vendor invoice processes comply with standards.
• Take on difficult issues and seek opportunities to improve operations.
• Work with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.
• Carry out routine service audits to maintain team performance.
• Create stock reports, meeting minutes and monthly management reports for clients.

What you'll need

• A degree in business or hotel and building management.
• At least three to five years’ experience in facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of property operations.
• Good working knowledge of occupational safety.
• Aptitude in client-centric operations.
• A proven track record in managing a team.
• Ability to effectively roll out improvement plans.
• Superior communications and reporting skills.
