Facility Executive Soft Services

Overview

Facility Executive for Soft Services, part of Integrated Facilities Management, providing day-to-day management of facility services for a client.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day administration, including reports generation for the stocks tracker.
• Assist the AFM & Campus manager in managing IFM soft services, housekeeping, facility services, and administrative functions.
• Develop and implement procedures and performance measures to improve work methods and reliability of FM.
• Ensure adequate supply of consumables/materials and manage supply and service contracts as approved by the client.
• Process vendor invoices aligned with Deloitte finance process and perform statutory compliance checks.
• Routinely inspect services to ensure performance measures are maintained.

What you'll need

• Any degree qualification.
• 2+ years experience required.
• Experience in facilities management is required.
• Strong customer service focus and excellent people skills.
• Knowledge of occupational safety requirements.
• Strong PC literacy and ability to manage daily activities using various systems.

• Location: On-site in Hyderabad, TS.
• Shift: Rotational shift and 6 days per week.
