Fast Track Onboarding Specialist 2

Overview

Fast Track Onboarding Specialist 2 supports customers onboarding A2P numbers through 1:1 engagement under Twilio’s A2P onboarding org.

What you’ll do

• Provide personalized onboarding support for customers signing up for Fast Track Packages.
• Help customers resolve existing onboarding issues through engagement that meets onboarding demands.
• Provide compliance guidance for A2P products.
• Manage onboarding SLAs and credit utilization for each product.
• Partner with operations teams to scale onboarding volumes per assigned customer.
• Join weekly customer calls to report metrics and review open items.
• Support customer inquiries via Slack and ServiceNow and log/tag/categorize interactions.

What you'll need

• 2+ years specializing in at least one A2P product.
• Experience working directly with clients.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively project manage.
• Ability to take ownership up to 12 customer accounts.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to respond within SLAs and manage a daily caseload.
• A2P compliance experience.
