Project Coordinator

Overview

Project Coordinator owning guided onboarding and small project success from start to completion, acting as a single point of contact for customers.

What you'll do

• Lead engagement for guided onboarding & small projects.
• Provide a clear and managed onboarding journey to the customer.
• Organize project initiation, kickoffs, and implementation close plan creation and status reporting.
• Manage project scope, risks, and issues.
• Set clear prioritization, objectives, and expectations with the customer.
• Drive project momentum from workshop initiation to completion with a focus on adoption.

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or another related field.
• Demonstrate good prioritization and time management skills.
• Provide exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
• Have project management certifications such as PMI or Prince 2.
• Have previous Project Coordination experience.
• Have SaaS implementation experience.
