Associate Fraud & Claims Operations Representative

Overview

Associate Fraud & Claims Operations Representative supporting customers with fraud and claims inquiries in a call center environment.

What you'll do

• Support and capture pertinent information from customers about their claims.
• Conduct research and provide updates on status of new and existing claims.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience after researching complex account activity and handle the claim appropriately.
• Answer incoming calls while balancing exceptional customer service and investigative research.
• Receive direction from a team lead and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles.
• Interact with colleagues and supporting functional areas for a seamless customer experience.

What you'll need

• Have 6+ months of customer service support experience (or equivalent via work experience, training, military experience, or education).
• Have 6+ months experience in fraud and chargeback claims.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of charge backs and frauds that prevail in the banking industry.
• Have good communication skills.
• Have good Excel skills.
