Field Engineer

Overview

Field Engineer responsible for telecommunications and RF system integration, installation, optimization, testing, and customer acceptance.

What you'll do

• Review customer requirements, system specifications, operations, and interfaces.
• Coordinate system design approvals, equipment lists, factory orders, and technical issue resolution.
• Prepare factory acceptance and system acceptance plans.
• Coordinate system delivery, staging, factory builds, and customer acceptance testing.
• Conduct site surveys, coverage analysis, and IM studies.
• Generate installation, as-built, and system documentation.
• Troubleshoot system faults and optimize telecommunications and RF systems.

What you'll need

• Engineering degree or equivalent in Telecommunications.
• At least 3 years of telecommunications and RF project experience.
• At least 3 years managing detailed design, field implementation, and system acceptance projects.
• Technical leadership and current knowledge of communications, RF technology, and system integration.
• Strong networking knowledge, including IP planning, routers, switching, troubleshooting, and configuration.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.

• Location: Mumbai, India.
• Travel: 25–50%, including overseas travel.
• Physical work is required.
