Field Engineer

Overview

Serve as a hands-on Field Engineer responsible for deploying Motive hardware and software, supporting installations, training partners, troubleshooting issues, and providing product feedback.

What you'll do

• Install, supervise, troubleshoot, quality-assure, and support Motive implementations onsite.
• Build and deliver installation partner training and certification programs.
• Train and certify third parties on Motive installation standards.
• Perform installation and testing during alpha and beta product programs.
• Create and maintain installation help-center articles and guides.
• Build and maintain a hardware lab for product testing.
• Ensure onsite efficiency and safety.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• A bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience or certification.
• Proficiency in computer electronics and hardware.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Confidence in customer-facing training and support roles.
• Knowledge of the automotive and logistics industry.
• A valid driver's license.

Details

• Remote in Mexico.
• Travel up to 35%.
