Field Sales Engineer

Overview

Field Sales Engineer role focused on managing customer relationships and promoting Arrow’s electronics components portfolio.

What you'll do

• Provide high-level service and maintain relationships with existing OEM and contract manufacturing customers.
• Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts to support design opportunities.
• Visit new and existing customers to promote electronics components, including semiconductors, electro-mechanical, and passive products.
• Identify new opportunities, primarily within the Sydney region, and develop sales strategy.
• Plan strategy and develop key relationships to support solution selling.
• Achieve required sales targets.
• Work in a team environment.

What you'll need

• Previous experience in the electronics industry (highly regarded).
• Ability to provide competitive quotations and follow up in a timely manner.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Enthusiastic, driven, energetic, and motivated.
