Field Sales - Team Lead - LRM

Overview

Field Sales team lead role focused on selling financial products/services and representing the brand, while managing customer and sales team relationships.

What you'll do

• Grow distribution and market share in the assigned rural operations area.
• Drive visibility and accountability by selling financial products.
• Identify and recruit the sales team (FSE) for business execution in the market.
• Plan the market size, span, and geographies for FSE coverage.
• Communicate plans and targets to the team to minimize expectation-versus-delivery gaps.
• Monitor quality parameters and validate audits on team acquisitions and sales.
• Sell cross-sell lending products to existing and new merchants, including upgrades.

What you'll need

• Skilled in coaching and mentoring, and able to learn and apply new ideas quickly.
• Ability to devise communication methods for plans/targets to the team.
• Good networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively within the specified area.
• Good understanding of lending products.
• Graduate or above; post-graduation preferred.
