Team Lead , Credentialing

Overview

As a Credentialing Team Lead, you’ll lead a production-focused pod responsible for the day-to-day execution of credentialing operations for your pod’s clients.

What you'll do

• Own operational metrics for your pod, including speed, quality, and efficiency, to meet SLAs.
• Monitor turnaround times and quality metrics daily and weekly, driving corrective actions.
• Identify process gaps, document SOPs, and lead internal training to close them.
• Manage escalations and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and prevent repeats.
• Oversee monitoring of credentialing expirables within your pod.
• Lead performance via daily standups and weekly performance reviews tracking throughput and key metrics.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of professional US-healthtech and credentialing experience, including 2+ years managing a team.
• Ability to lead a team of 5+ in a production-driven environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
• Client engagement and stakeholder management experience.
• Metrics-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of credentialing processes, provider data management, and healthcare compliance (preferred).
