Area Sales Manager – Manager – QR

Overview

Area Sales Manager for Paytm’s QR & Soundbox vertical, focused on growing merchant distribution and sales in the assigned market area.

What you'll do

• Drive growth of distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations.
• Ensure visibility and accountability through QR & Soundbox deployment and product sales.
• Identify, recruit, and align the sales team to drive business in the market.
• Plan market size, span, and geographies for ASMs.
• Communicate plans and targets to the team to minimize gaps between expectations and delivery.
• Monitor quality parameters as suggested by management.
• Validate and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales done by the team.

What you'll need

• 8-12 years of experience in sales/business development in B2C markets.
• Good networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively within the specified area.
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring.
• Ability to coach, learn quickly, and apply new ideas and concepts.
• Good sales and negotiation skills.
• Experience in quota-driven sales is required.
• MBA (Marketing).
