Field Sales - Team Lead - MCA- South

Overview

A B2C field sales team lead role for merchant cash advance (MCA) sales in the assigned region, combining people management, training of field sales executives, and revenue and P/L growth.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for MCA sales in the city.
• Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales target and meet corporate objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel.
• Manage category leads from qualification to closure.
• Ensure team members are present in markets where sales and usage are done regularly.
• Ensure monthly submissions and disbursal numbers are met.
• Hire, train and handhold new FSEs (field sales executives).
• Ensure attrition is under control and that the team is motivated and guided to perform better.

What you'll need

• Must have completed graduation.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development and relationship building.
• Ability to handle a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Good understanding of MS Office tools.
• Growth mindset.
• Willingness to experiment and improve continuously.
• Good networking capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the specified areas.
