Field Service Engineer

Overview

Field Service Engineer responsible for executing service work, troubleshooting high-voltage motors, and supporting customers through on-site and remote service activities.

What you'll do

• Execute low- to medium-complexity service work according to work instructions and standard processes.
• Work with customers on-site to identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Perform field service tasks and analyze technical issues remotely or on-site.
• Prepare material lists and ensure required parts, materials, and equipment are available.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process failures.
• Request corrective actions and recommend ways to prevent recurring issues.

What you'll need

• Strong knowledge of installation, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage motors.
• Experience repairing and troubleshooting high-voltage motors.
• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Good communication skills.
• Customer-handling skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of products.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
