Field Service Engineer

Overview

Field Service Engineer II delivering service for analytical and scientific instruments across research, industrial, and healthcare settings.

What you'll do

• Install complex analytical equipment for customers.
• Maintain instruments in laboratory and customer environments.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
• Provide customer service during service engagements.
• Respond to customer needs with short notice.
• Document service activities and prepare detailed reports.

What you'll need

• Advanced degree or a Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of hands-on technical experience.
• Strong electronics and mechanical troubleshooting skills to component level.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and service management software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50–75% in assigned territory.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs; work in various laboratory environments.

• Work schedule: Mon–Fri.
• Work mode/location: Remote, China.
• Safety: Adherence to GMP and safety standards in a laboratory setting; PPE required.
