Finance Analyst

Overview

Finance Analyst role supporting end-to-end finance operations in a global setting, covering AP, AR, banking reconciliations, general ledger, close activities, and employee expenses.

What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices accurately within service-level timelines for Accounts Payable.
• Perform three-way matching across purchase orders, goods receipt notes, and invoices.
• Generate customer invoices, apply receipts, and monitor aging reports for Accounts Receivable.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations and investigate unreconciled transactions.
• Prepare journal entries, balance-sheet reconciliations, and support accruals/prepayments for close.
• Review employee expense claims, verify policy compliance, and process reimbursements.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in Finance Shared Services, a Global Capability Center, or a multinational organization.
• Hands-on knowledge of AP, AR, General Ledger, bank reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
