Finance Analyst

Overview

Finance Analyst to perform monthly and quarterly financial analysis, ensure accounting compliance, and support audits and statutory reporting.

What you'll do

• Analyze Income Statement and Balance Sheet monthly and quarterly, focusing on key variances.
• Identify variance root causes and drive timely corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Support statutory audits with variance analysis, audit schedules, reconciliations, and audit deliverables.
• Partner with Controllership teams for financial statement preparation and audit requirements.
• Assist reporting activities including transfer pricing, tax filings, and statutory/regulatory reporting.
• Execute finance and accounting assignments using sound accounting judgment within agreed timelines.

What you'll need

• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (with CA) OR CA Inter with 3-4 years of experience.
• Experience supporting financial statements through variance analysis.
• Ability to work under accounting frameworks including US GAAP/IFRS and internal company policies.
