Finance and Systems Coordinator

Overview

Finance and Systems Coordinator responsible for maintaining financial systems (e.g., ERP) with a primary focus on project time and expense processes.

What you'll do

• Manage the support request system for time and expense entry.
• Add and remove employees and contractors on projects to ensure accurate time tracking.
• Train team members on ERP navigation, time entry, approvals, and adjustments.
• Identify and address time entry discrepancies and timesheet exceptions.
• Administer and monitor timesheet data entry and correct timesheets as needed.
• Support month-end close from a time entry perspective to ensure compliance.
• Provide scheduled and ad-hoc timesheet information and customized reporting to enterprise functions.

What you'll need

• High School Diploma or equivalent/ local equivalent education.
• Minimum of three years of prior experience in a professional administrative role in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic analysis tools/software (e.g., Excel).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Knowledge of other Microsoft Office products (e.g., PowerBI).
• Timesheet Administration Services experience.
• Global integrated ERP environment experience.
• CRO industry experience.
