Finance Associate

Overview

Finance Associate responsible for end-to-end management of EST operations handled by outsourced partners, including payroll processing, accounting close, compliance, audits, and analytics.

What you'll do

• Process payroll timely and accurately for all India entities.
• Manage month, quarter, and annual book closure activities.
• Review employee balances (payable and recoverable) and maintain account hygiene per policies.
• Monitor employee payments and related accounting in trial balances and schedules.
• Track expense claims and manage digital controls to prevent incorrect/duplicate claims.
• Prepare and review monthly MIS and schedules; initiate actions with cross-functional teams.
• Engage with auditors, resolve queries, and ensure smooth audit closure while maintaining compliance needs.

What you'll need

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• CA / CMA or equivalent as a mandatory educational qualification.
• Functional skills in financial accounting with relevant SAP knowledge.
• Strong big data analytics skills.
• Knowledge of building internal controls, SOP preparation, SOX documentation and periodic governance.
• Skills in digital literacy and data analysis.
• Need to comply with labor laws and tax laws and align internal processes accordingly.
