Finance Intern(T&E)

Overview

Finance Intern supporting travel and expense (T&E) compliance, expense systems, corporate cards, reconciliations, and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Assess employee expense claims against company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Administer the expense management application and corporate credit card program.
• Identify and communicate policy exceptions to management.
• Respond to expense reporting application inquiries and resolve user issues.
• Maintain audit rules, reminders, system settings, and employee data.
• Prepare monthly corporate card and employee reimbursement reconciliations in NetSuite.
• Support Ramp-NetSuite integration, reporting, and user training materials.

Nice to have

• Exposure to ERP and T&E workflow solutions such as Ramp, Navan, Brex, SAP Concur, ChromeRiver, or NetSuite.
