Account Operations Specialist

Overview

Account Operations Specialist supporting leadership of top revenue-generating accounts ($5M+), handling contracting/process operations, financial governance, and account enablement.

What you'll do

• Review SOWs against account standards and maintain SOW/CO templates.
• Enter invoicing milestones in client systems.
• Set up new team members and manage team member extensions with approvals in client systems.
• Manage client laptop provisioning/returns.
• Review monthly revenue allocation with Finance and QC monthly invoicing.
• Review account expense reports and flag outliers prior to approval.
• Maintain account onboarding/offboarding SOPs and manage Account Lead onboarding.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience with reporting/analytics.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with CRM and demand tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Works with Vynamic Client Services, interacting with Vynamic Account Leads and Client Executives.
• Location stated as India (UK hours).
