Sales Strategy & Operations Manager

Overview

Sales Strategy & Operations Manager for Ethos Life’s Revenue Operations team, supporting B2C go-to-market teams with operational excellence, analytics, and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Monitor and maintain data quality, accuracy, and process consistency across Revenue Operations functions.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for Salesforce and other systems.
• Optimize sales and operational processes by improving system configuration and workflows.
• Drive end-to-end initiatives aligned with strategic quarterly goals for the Revenue org and company.
• Create reports and dashboards for key revenue metrics and analyze leading, in-process, and lagging indicators.
• Own revenue dashboarding for Executive & GTM teams and support Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Define and maintain the marketing-to-sales funnel process, data, systems, and workflows.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of overall experience, preferably in Revenue/Sales Operations, PnL, Ops & Strategy, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in a Revenue/Strategy/Growth function in B2C.
• Highly preferred: Salesforce system admin experience and experience configuring/using sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, telephony tools).
• Proficient in analytical tools including Excel and SQL.
• Comfort with ambiguity and driving projects to completion.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment (preferably B2C/D2C startups).
