Analyst HR Ops

Overview

HR Ops Analyst responsible for human resources operations across the associate lifecycle, using HR tools and systems to handle employee inquiries, processes, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Oversee HR activities from hire to retire using HR tools and systems.
• Handle HR responsibilities across HCM, hiring, separations, payroll, performance management, and HR administration.
• Provide first-level employee support for routine HR inquiries and case requests.
• Implement HR processes and maintain HR documentation for compliance with SOPs and statutory requirements.
• Generate reports for client consulting and issue resolution, analyzing moderate-scope problems.
• Ensure adherence to data protection norms and information security compliance for sensitive transactions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and streamlining.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience preferably in HR Operations Employee Life Cycle (Workday).
• Workday familiarity and knowledge of other HR tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with HR, benefits, and payroll systems.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights.
• Detail-oriented organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively solve problems and interact with clients.
