Global HR Service Delivery Manager (Global Recruitment Operations/support)

Overview

Global HR Service Delivery Manager who leads Global Recruitment Support Operations (GRSO) to deliver consistent, well-governed recruitment operations across global markets.

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day global recruitment operations using platforms such as Workday, SmartRecruiters, and Accurate.
• Own global recruitment processes, service standards, governance frameworks, and documentation.
• Drive process harmonisation, simplification, and continuous improvement to reduce duplication and risk.
• Improve candidate and stakeholder experience via timely communication and effective query resolution.
• Use service metrics and reporting to monitor performance, improve data quality, and identify enhancements.
• Drive adoption of recruitment technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions with governance and compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment operations team.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in recruitment operations or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in HR Operations / Shared Services delivery within a global or complex environment.
• 3-4 years of experience managing a team and people is essential.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams and improve operational delivery.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment operations and systems such as Workday and SmartRecruiters.

• Work pattern: Monday to Friday with flexible coverage across APAC or US time zones.
