HR Service Delivery Senior Analyst focused on recruitment administration and onboarding operations, including team leadership, process governance, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Lead and coach recruitment administrators and ensure service delivery quality.
• Administer onboarding for new employees, including orientation registration and background check completion.
• Manage recruitment administration operations and monitor recruitment workflows.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and ensure process compliance and operational controls.
• Implement process improvements and review dashboards/performance.
• Manage staffing, succession planning, and capability development for the team.

What you'll need

• Any Graduation.
• 5 to 8 years of experience.
• End-to-end recruitment experience for Domestic and International Market.
• Recruitment systems expertise including SuccessFactors, Taleo, Workday or Kenexa.
• Experience with data accuracy and reporting.
• Support stakeholder/client management.
