Director - Global Revenue Operations

Overview

Director, Global Revenue Operations to lead the operational engine for the go-to-market organization, spanning Sales Technology, SalesOps, and Compensation. You will also drive AI transformation across the revenue organization.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end go-to-market technology stack and ensure system integrity and data accuracy.
• Run SalesOps processes including sales process design, territory planning, quota modeling, and pipeline forecasting.
• Own compensation policy design, quota structure, and commission administration, including accelerators and SPIFs.
• Lead AI transformation for revenue operations from proof-of-concept to full-scale implementation.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered workflows such as intelligent lead scoring and automated deal analysis.
• Run operating cadence (annual, quarterly, and weekly) including forecasting, incentive model delivery, and pipeline reviews.
• Lead a multi-function team across Sales Technology, SalesOps, and Compensation with OKRs and measurable outcomes.

What you'll need

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations.
• Experience leading multi-pillar revenue operations across sales technology, sales operations, and compensation.
• Ownership experience across the revenue lifecycle: sales process design through compensation administration.
• Track record leading AI or automation transformation initiatives from evaluation through adoption.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, and revenue intelligence platforms (Einstein, Gong, Clari, Fireflies).
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams at global scale with documented business impact.
