Finance Systems Administrator

Overview

Finance Systems Administrator supporting day-to-day administration, maintenance, and improvements for Chainguard’s financial technology ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Administer core finance tools including NetSuite, Ramp, and Pigment.
• Manage user setup, roles, permissions, configurations, workflows, forms, saved searches, and dashboards.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Legal, Accounting, and Finance teams.
• Build, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations between finance platforms using Workato and iPaaS tools.
• Support data integrity via imports, cleansing, deduplication, testing, and governance/control adherence.
• Build and maintain reports, saved searches, dashboards, and assist with ad hoc reporting.
• Triage and resolve system support requests and document processes/solutions.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience administering financial systems such as NetSuite (ERP), Ramp, Pigment, Ironclad, or similar tools.
• Experience with iPaaS tools such as Workato and building/maintaining integrations between systems.
• Working understanding of accounting/finance processes including month-end close, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report.
• Ability to translate between technical systems work and Accounting/Finance day-to-day needs.
• Proficiency in building reports, saved searches, and dashboards.
• Hands-on data management experience including imports, cleansing, and deduplication.
• Familiarity with internal controls and system governance concepts.

Details

• Location: United States (Remote).
• Base salary range: $106,000 to $125,000 USD.
