Finance Trainee (CA Industrial Training)

Overview

Finance trainee role supporting book closure, reconciliations, compliance filings and reporting at Stable Money, a fixed-income investment platform group.

What you'll do

• Support monthly and annual book closure, reconciliations and accruals.
• Record entries and maintain books in Zoho Books.
• Perform regular reconciliations across bank accounts and payment gateways.
• Support GST, TDS and other statutory filings, including ITC reconciliation.
• Maintain compliance trackers and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with external CAs and auditors during audits and filings.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
• Support internal and statutory audits.

What you'll need

• CA Intermediate cleared.
• At least 1 year of articleship completed.
• Good exposure to book closure.
• Hands-on experience in Zoho Books, GST and TDS.
• Experience in MIS reporting and financial statements.
• Exposure to internal and statutory audits.
• Good Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS).
