Financial Accounting Associate

Overview

Financial Accounting Associate supporting financial accounting matters for lines of business and control functions, including ledger maintenance, financial statements, and regulatory reporting.

What you'll do

• Support financial accounting matters for business lines and control functions.
• Maintain ledger accounts, financial statements, and regulatory reports.
• Gather and review financial data from the general ledger, unit reports, and financial systems for accuracy.
• Ensure timely review and reconciliation of Gratuity Trust bank account transactions with controls.
• Support end-to-end accounting and reporting for the Gratuity Trust, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Coordinate monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding reconciling items.
• Support fixed-asset physical verification and reconcile results to records and asset registers.

What you'll need

• 6+ months of experience in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Financial Reporting, Accounting Reporting, or Risk Reporting.
• Ability to apply internal control policies and exercise independent judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite and AI concepts/usage.
• Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant with strong exposure to IFRS/IndAS (desired).

• Location: Hyderabad, India.
• Work shift: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
• Work arrangement: 3 days in office.
