Financial Analyst

Overview

Financial Analyst supporting the FP&A Technology team as a financial partner to Technology and Digital leadership. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, close processes, data accuracy, process improvement, and capital planning.

What you'll do

• Deliver financial reporting and analysis for Technology and Digital operating expenses.
• Analyze cost drivers, resource investments, and performance metrics for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Technology leaders and Commercial Finance teams on financial decisions.
• Manage monthly and quarterly close processes, including accruals, reclasses, and reconciliations.
• Maintain financial data integrity across systems, cost categories, and initiatives.
• Automate and standardize financial processes to reduce manual work.
• Support capital planning tools and FP&A platform upgrades for Technology.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex modeling, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Anaplan or Peoplesoft.
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience streamlining manual processes and implementing automated solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting technology or IT organizations.
• Experience with Alteryx or UIPath.

• Remote in the United States.
• Base pay: $82,000-$97,600 per year.
