IT Procurement & Pricing Analyst (Req #1326)

Overview

Serve as a procurement partner supporting IT solution design, pricing, sourcing, and project profitability. Evaluate technical bills of materials and supplier options to secure competitive pricing, availability, and terms.

What you'll do

• Analyze technical bills of materials and determine sourcing strategies.
• Solicit, compare, and validate quotes from OEMs, distributors, and alternate channels.
• Identify substitute products and alternate SKUs when needed.
• Evaluate deal registration, special pricing, rebates, promotions, and incentives.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, terms, and availability.
• Manage concurrent quote requests and maintain audit-ready quote records.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and solutions teams to address sourcing risks.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in IT product quoting, procurement, distribution, or a related IT channel role.
• Familiarity with cable/connectivity and equipment OEMs and national distributors.
• Knowledge of deal registration, SPA, and special pricing processes.
• Negotiation experience securing supplier pricing and terms.
• Ability to interpret technical bills of materials and create sourcing plans.
• Proficiency with quoting or CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Base salary: $70,000–$90,000 yearly.
