Staff Industrial Engineer

Overview

Staff Industrial Engineer – Supply Chain Operations will develop and improve supply chain product flows across warehouse facilities to optimize efficiency and merchant experience.

What you'll do

• Evaluate current supply chain practices and identify improvement needs.
• Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
• Improve fulfillment and transportation process efficiency.
• Investigate and estimate operational projects, including financial proposals.
• Facilitate corrective and preventative action teams from complaints and quality problems.
• Provide technical support on the floor for troubleshooting and process improvement teams.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Industrial Engineering.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience launching process automation to optimize efficiency.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Basic 2D/3D CAD software skills.
