Financial Analyst I

Overview

Financial Analyst I supporting project leadership with financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, controls, and business partnering across assigned projects.

What you'll do

• Prepare financial analysis, variance analysis, forecasts, and project updates.
• Facilitate revenue cycles and review units, forecasts, prices, and revenue recognition.
• Monitor project balances, pass-throughs, cash flow, and DSO.
• Produce project financial metrics and conduct monthly performance reviews.
• Build and maintain project budgets and support change-in-scope activities.
• Review labor assumptions, resource levels, and project margin implications.
• Complete revenue control, SOX, and audit-related testing as required.

What you'll need

• BA in Finance or Accounting, or relevant experience.
• Relevant progressive finance experience with a strong analytical and partnering track record.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to manage multiple varied tasks and prioritize work attentively.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, matrix environment.
• Knowledge of current financial and accounting standards, policies, and controls.
