Sr Analyst-FP&A

Overview

Sr Finance Analyst (FP&A) supporting finance and supply chain cost analysis for Solenis’s operations in Hyderabad.

What you'll do

• Perform financial modeling and variance analysis for raw material and product costs in SAP.
• Investigate product margin fluctuations with Commercial teams.
• Support local forecast and budget preparation with the Local Team Leader.
• Monitor and explain plant fixed and variable cost variances monthly.
• Review monthly Supply Chain SG&A expenses with the Regional Ops FP&A lead and supply chain teams.
• Analyze and report Capex spend, collaborating on Capex budgeting and forecasting.
• Support costing questions, ad-hoc requests, and cost-trend communication.

What you'll need

• Experience analyzing raw material and product costs using SAP (as stated in the responsibilities).
• Ability to support forecast and budget preparation tasks with leadership (as stated).
• Capability to monitor plant fixed and variable costs on a monthly basis (as stated).
• Experience reviewing monthly Supply Chain SG&A expenses (as stated).
• Knowledge of capex budgeting/forecast processes via FP&A collaboration (as stated).
• Use of PowerBI/Onestream/Tableau for manufacturing cost reporting analysis (as stated).
