Overview
Join NeuraFlash's AI acceleration team as a Forward Deployed Engineer to drive client-facing Agentforce-powered engagements, focused on rapid execution through competitive bake-offs, fast prototypes and art-of-the-possible demos.
What you'll do
- Partner with organizations evaluating Agentforce alongside other AI architectures, constructing dynamic agents within tight project cycles and incorporating feedback in real time.
- Rapidly engineer functional proof-of-value implementations to confirm technical feasibility prior to broader deployment commitments.
- Architect innovative, unprompted agentic solutions to demonstrate platform capabilities to prospective stakeholders.
- Lead and own the technical design, continuous tuning and direct customer interactions, working alongside a Pursuit Architect responsible for qualification, executive alignment and commercial scope.
- Rapidly construct agentic solutions within client environments, including subagents, deterministic guardrails, dynamic actions and foundational data models.
- Lead recurring technical client engagements as the primary touchpoint, demonstrating progress, incorporating real-time feedback, delineating scope boundaries and driving iteration.
- Connect technical delivery to strategic business metrics such as deflection, handle duration, operational expenses and user sentiment when presenting to leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactively identify delivery bottlenecks, integration constraints, architecture limits or stakeholder misalignment, raising visibility early against aggressive milestone schedules.
- Perform real-time troubleshooting and optimization to resolve dialogue flow failures, execution bugs and system logic issues.
- Deliver authoritative live interactive demonstrations of complex Agentforce solutions.
- Convert technical insights from client implementations into reusable solution accelerators, demonstration assets and internal knowledge bases.
