Forward Deployed Engineer

Overview

Design, deploy, and support enterprise AI solutions across technology platforms, while troubleshooting application issues and improving system reliability.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver AI-driven solutions using Generative and Agentic AI.
• Organize AI workflow and architecture deployments across platforms.
• Integrate AI models and multi-provider platforms into enterprise ecosystems.
• Diagnose and resolve application incidents and service requests.
• Monitor and maintain supported systems.
• Communicate with stakeholders about requirements and issue resolution.
• Document solutions and contribute to application support best practices.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of overall experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with incident management and service request fulfilment.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and ITIL.
• 15 years of full-time education.
