What you'll do

• Configure packaged or SaaS applications to meet business needs.
• Manage application releases while preserving compatibility and performance.
• Design and deliver AI-driven solutions using Generative and Agentic AI.
• Support applications and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
• Document technical processes and solutions.

What you'll need

• At least 7.5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture.
• Experience with application support and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Familiarity with system monitoring and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong grasp of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• 15 years of full-time education.
