Forward Deployed Engineer, GenAI

Overview

Scale AI is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer for its Generative AI Data Engine team, building and deploying AI data infrastructure that powers advanced AI models.

What you'll do

• Deliver critical data solutions to advance AI for leading innovators and government agencies.
• Interact daily with technical customers to understand challenges and translate them into solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy features across the full stack, from front-end to back-end systems and infrastructure.
• Run rapid, high-quality experiments and iterate quickly to meet customer needs.
• Help shape engineering culture, values, and processes.
• Build and deploy large-scale data solutions across architecture and customer-facing application design.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of relevant experience (preferred) in a related area.
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
• Strong coding skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in generative AI.
