Forward Deployed Supply Chain Engineer (US)

Overview

Forward Deployed Supply Chain Engineer (US) to lead platform delivery for a major enterprise engagement, owning the workstream end-to-end from planning through go-live.

What you'll do

• Own Lyric deployment workstreams end-to-end from planning through go-live.
• Run meetings and manage the project plan independently, updating stakeholders on progress.
• Partner with customer and internal executives to align priorities, manage risk, and deliver on time and on budget.
• Lead structured UAT and drive adoption of Lyric solutions.
• Train and enable customer teams, including engineers and experienced operators, to adopt the platform.
• Act as primary point of contact for end-users through go-live and steady-state monitoring.
• Collaborate with the technical delivery team to translate business needs into platform build.

What you'll need

• 3–7+ years of experience, ideally as a senior consultant building, connecting, and managing technology systems.
• Comfort owning a workstream hands-on, including running meetings independently and building project plans.
• Adept program and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills with engineers and non-technical operator-type audiences.
• High energy and high agency, comfortable navigating a large, complex client organization.
• SQL/Python familiarity is a plus.

Nice to have

• Supply chain consulting background preferred.
• Oil & gas industry experience is a plus.
• SQL/Python familiarity.

Details

• Work mode: Remote.
• Location: Hiring for the US, with preference for Central or Eastern time zones (Texas is a plus).
• Travel: Up to 25% primarily within the US.
• On-target earnings range: $100,000–$180,000 annually.
