Fraud Data Analyst - SAS and SQL

Overview

Analyze fraud processes, data, reporting, and business requirements to improve operational efficiency and support fraud attack treatment initiatives.

What you'll do

• Develop, test, support, and execute fraud attack treatment processes.
• Analyze business processes and define analysis requirements.
• Validate reporting metrics and calculations.
• Represent the team on business projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Evaluate reporting effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Design and analyze moderately complex reports.
• Mentor lower-level analysts and liaise between business users and technologists.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong SAS skills.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing and troubleshooting reports and data.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Citi Cards or retail fraud processes and terminology.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Experience with COGNOS reporting.
