Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst

Overview

Support the development, analysis, testing, and implementation of new or revised application systems in coordination with technology teams.

What you'll do

• Identify and define application system enhancements using scripts and code analysis.
• Consult with users, clients, and technology groups on issues and recommend programming solutions.
• Install and support customer-facing systems.
• Design application specifications using programming languages.
• Analyze applications for vulnerabilities and security issues.
• Conduct application testing and debugging.
• Coach new or lower-level analysts and resolve application issues.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
• Intermediate-level experience in application development.
• Good experience with Knime.
• Good experience with SQL.
• Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage deadlines and changing requirements.
