Client Service Analyst, NCT

Overview

Client Service Analyst (NCT) role in Pune focused on BI/reporting support for the Client & Investment Monitoring team.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense and Tableau.
• Connect and integrate Qlik with data sources including Hadoop, Oracle, SQL Server, APIs, and external cloud platforms.
• Optimize BI applications for performance and scalability.
• Work with internal business users to define requirements and build analytical solutions.
• Validate and troubleshoot production issues and support existing BI dashboards and reports.
• Implement security and access controls within the Qlik/Tableau environment.

What you'll need

• 2-5 years of relevant BI experience.
• Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense and Tableau.
• Ability to script and design complex dashboards.
• Experience with Big Data Hadoop and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Experience integrating Qlik with data via APIs and having familiarity with Qlik extensions and mashups.
• Experience deploying dashboards in a cloud environment.
• Knowledge of Python & R is an advantage.
